About the Role
As a CDL-A Company Driver, you will join a team that prioritizes your career growth and financial stability. This role is designed for drivers who want consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) opportunities with a reliable rhythm: typically running two weeks out followed by three days at home. You will operate modern equipment, with trucks averaging less than 2.5 years old, backed by 24/7 dispatch and support teams.
The position offers a supportive day-to-day experience where your time and skill are valued through various incentives. Beyond base pay, you can earn additional compensation through tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay. We also provide paid flatbed training and orientation to help you uplevel your career.
