About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent, high-quality miles without the congestion of the East Coast or New York City. As a driver with Morehouse, you will be part of a team that values your time and effort, offering paid orientation, paid unloading, and compensation for layovers and detention. We welcome drivers who bring their pets or passengers along on the road, ensuring your journey is as comfortable as it is professional.
Compensation and Benefits
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and $69 per day in additional per diem benefits. Beyond the road, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% employer match.
