The OST Manager serves as the operational backbone of our youth programs, providing essential support, training, and management direction to program staff. Acting as a vital liaison between program sites and administrative departments, this role ensures seamless service delivery and rigorous quality assurance in close partnership with the Director of Programs.
This position is deeply embedded in the field, working daily within program locations to interact directly with staff, students, and families. The OST Manager is responsible for managing assigned programs, overseeing site-level budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with COA standards, licensing requirements, and AYS policies. From coordinating curriculum planning to facilitating stakeholder engagement at school functions, the role demands a leader who can balance fiscal responsibility with a commitment to high-quality youth development.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Learning, Business, or a related field, or possess seven years of experience as a Youth Development Leader. Experience in youth development is required, with a preference for those who have held supervisory roles for at least three years.
