About the Role
We are seeking a professional and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team across our offices in Largo, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Palmetto. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping patients achieve their best smile.
As a key part of our team, you will guide patients through their treatment journey by building strong relationships with patients and families. Your role involves presenting comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, engaging way and educating patients on the benefits of timely care. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping patients overcome barriers such as time, finances, and fear to ensure they feel confident moving forward with their orthodontic care.
This role requires travel between our four locations to support our operations and ensure consistent patient experiences across the region.
