About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Regional Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for healthcare services delivered within correctional facilities throughout the state of Kansas. This physician leader plays a pivotal role in partnering with site medical teams, nursing leadership, operations, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and constitutionally appropriate healthcare to incarcerated individuals.
The position combines direct patient care responsibilities with significant administrative and leadership duties in a secure correctional healthcare environment. You will support regional clinical operations, promote quality improvement initiatives, and assist with provider supervision and mentoring. Your work will ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards while redefining benchmarks for the industry.
