About the Role
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full-Time Originating External Sales Manager to drive growth while leading a team of Loan Originators. In this dual-focused position, you will maintain your own personal production goals while supervising and coaching staff to ensure they meet their targets. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will serve as a key link between the branch and external partners, developing and maintaining relationships with Realtors and attending new referral source meetings.
Your day will involve recruiting new Loan Originators, training them on proper sales techniques and company standards, and monitoring the quality of loans they originate to ensure compliance with company policies. You will also oversee compensation plans to keep them balanced with production levels. This role requires a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze financial information.
Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment but requires a minimum of 80% travel. The role involves sitting at a desk for extended periods.
