Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is part of The Carrington Companies. We provide third-party originators, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions with access to government and conventional loan programs, as well as low credit score home financing and low down payment options. About the Role

As a Wholesale and/or Correspondent Account Executive, you will serve as the vital liaison between brokers/sellers and our loan operations. Your mission is to develop new business and retain existing relationships by managing the end-to-end flow of wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will act as an inside presence for brokers, ensuring every step of the loan process is handled efficiently, from initial submission to final closing or purchase.

In this role, you will partner with brokers to add value at every stage, advising them on company programs, pricing, and submission policies. You will train partners on online systems, automated underwriting, and rate sheets while managing the loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals. This position offers the opportunity to take over existing accounts and leverage a 48-state territory to increase earning capacity through an industry-leading commission plan.

Requirements

verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
