About the Role
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking experienced, licensed Internal Mortgage Loan Originators to drive a steady flow of loan volume. This role serves as the critical bridge between real estate brokers, referrals, and company-provided lead sources, including direct mail marketing, online applications, and Branch Manager referrals.
As an Internal Mortgage Loan Originator, you will manage qualified inbound leads from Realtors, contractors, builders, and consumers. Your day-to-day involves guiding borrowers through the home buying and financing process, from initial application to closing. You will analyze income and debt to pre-qualify borrowers, counsel them on available loan products, and explain how closing costs and monthly payments vary across options. Additionally, you will ensure compliance by providing necessary disclosures, advising on credit improvement, and maintaining regular communication with borrowers, realtors, and lenders to keep applications moving forward.
