About the Role

As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of our affluent clients, as well as other customers within the branch. Your role is defined by a passion for building lasting relationships, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued, and exceeding expectations through a proactive, disciplined approach.
You will manage complete banking relationships by utilizing an advice-based strategy to generate growth in client balances. This involves actively soliciting referrals, developing internal and external sources to acquire new clients, and partnering with specialists such as Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers with experts for their specialized financial needs. A key part of your day-to-day involves making clients' lives more convenient by guiding them toward self-service options for 24/7 account access.
Hiring Process & Compliance
This position is subject to specific regulatory requirements under the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and the SAFE Act of 2008. An employment offer is contingent upon a review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Candidates must demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.
Upon active employment, you will be required to register or update your NMLS registration immediately. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with these acts, including the successful completion of required annual renewals and updates. Additionally, this role is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, meaning an offer is contingent on a review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
