About the Role

As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. You will combine the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology with friendly, attentive service to take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships with clients.

In this position, you will use your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients' needs and make their lives easier, directly contributing to the success of the branch. You will be expected to put clients first, delivering a welcoming environment and engaging in clear, consultative communication to build trust. Your day will involve proactively meeting with clients to understand their financial needs, educating them on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, and collaborating with team experts to handle specialized financial requirements.

Hiring Process & Compliance

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent upon JPMorganChase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Specifically, any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.

Additionally, this role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register or update your existing registration to reflect your employment with JPMorganChase. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with these requirements, including timely completion of annual renewals.
