About the Role
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a large-scale transformation program. This role serves as the central hub for aligning Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams, ensuring a successful project rollout and operational readiness.
In this position, you will lead and coordinate multiple teams comprising both internal staff and vendors. Your day-to-day involves assessing progress across key workstreams, identifying adoption risks and performance gaps, and developing strategic mitigation plans. You will act as a bridge between leadership and project teams, building strong relationships while keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared for implementation.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA, requiring 37.5 hours per week. While the position is flexible, you must be able to report to the Boston office when required. Increased on-site presence may be necessary during critical phases such as onboarding, training, or major project milestones.
