About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Consultant to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution, specifically to drive digital transformation within mission-critical federal environments. In this capacity, you will partner directly with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) at the intersection of transformation strategy, product and service operating model design, and organizational change management (OCM). Your primary mission is to help leaders translate high-level intent into repeatable, scalable ways of working.
You will serve as a credible, reliable resource within integrated project teams, working alongside delivery teams and stakeholders to apply modern frameworks such as Agile/SAFe, ITIL-aligned service management, and SRE/DevSecOps. Beyond technical implementation, you will drive adoption using Prosci/ADKAR practices and leverage customer and workforce experience insights to ensure successful transformation. This role is based in Alexandria, VA, on a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days on-site per week, with occasional travel as needed.
