Capio Group is a California-based Information Technology Consulting firm serving the public sector since 2010. We assist the Government in delivering large, complex systems and solutions. As a small but quickly growing firm, we mix good ideas with great people to achieve extraordinary results for our clients. We offer the salary and benefits of larger companies, with the added bonus of a flexible workplace and a great work-life balance.
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team on a critical initiative to enhance, replace, and integrate a client's existing legacy systems into a new modernized platform. This transformation aims to streamline business processes and deliver more efficient online services to users.
In this role, you will be the architect of the human side of this transition. You will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, and training initiatives to ensure user adoption and organizational readiness from project initiation through full system replacement. Your day-to-day will involve conducting As-Is and To-Be analyses, defining OCM sponsorship roles, and creating data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of process changes. You will guide the client's change agents, analyze persona-based training needs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Candidates meeting the mandatory qualifications will be contacted for an initial screening. Successful applicants will proceed to a technical deep-dive focused on OCM methodologies and project leadership, followed by a team fit interview. Finalists will be required to provide client/user end reference contacts and submit signed reference forms for verification.
At Capio Group, our employees are our greatest asset, and diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are. Our commitment to these values is unyielding and central to our mission and impact. We know that having diverse perspectives helps to generate better ideas to solve the complex problems of our diverse clients and the communities they serve.
