About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, Tech Services, you will lead highly complex enterprise-level technology programs across multiple clients. This role combines deep domain understanding of insurance operations with strong delivery leadership to drive successful implementations, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives across core systems, data platforms, and AI/automation solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership, defining and overseeing project delivery frameworks while anticipating challenges and mentoring junior staff. Your work ensures technology initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial impact while maintaining regulatory compliance and business continuity.
