We are partnering with a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client to find an Order Management Specialist dedicated to orchestrating order fulfillment across North America. This position serves as the critical bridge between sales strategy and operational execution, ensuring that both EDI and manual orders are reviewed, edited, and released with precision.
In this role, you will coordinate closely with the sales team to align shipping cadences for product launches, guaranteeing that on-time delivery and fill-rate targets are consistently met. As the primary point of contact for U.S. and Canadian third-party logistics (3PL) customer service teams, you will proactively manage workflow to ensure orders are processed efficiently and monthly open orders are completed within designated ship windows. Your day-to-day involves resolving complex blocks related to IDOCs, pricing, and master data, while communicating directly with buyers to extend PO ship windows when necessary. Additionally, you will handle manual order entry via Excel, support order maintenance in SAP alongside the Lux.com team, provide detailed shipping information including routing and customs commercial invoices, and process customer returns (CHC).
