A-Line Staffing is recruiting for a Chemical Data Administrator role supporting a Fortune 500 client in Boise, ID. You will serve as a critical link in maintaining the integrity of chemical data across SAP and specialized management systems. Your day-to-day will involve performing data entry, cleanup, and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance within Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) programs. You will manage Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documentation, investigate data inconsistencies, and support regulatory reporting efforts. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive global chemical data coordination and assist with system upgrades and migrations.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Boise, ID. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The initial phase of the role requires a hybrid model (4 days onsite, remote Fridays) following a training period, with a transition to full onsite attendance expected beginning in September. Mandatory attendance is required for the first 90 days of employment.
