The Opportunity
We are an established three-surgeon private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking an associate surgeon to join our team. This role is specifically designed to transition the patient base of a departing partner, who currently produces approximately $2.6M annually, into a long-term partnership. You will step into a stable, high-volume surgical environment with an experienced team and strong referral relationships.
About the Practice
Our practice generates approximately $6.7M in annual collections across two modern locations featuring 10 total surgical operatories. We maintain an established referral network of roughly 70 dentists and host a well-attended study club. Our support team includes experienced nurses, surgical assistants, anesthesia staff, and administrative personnel.
Clinically, we operate a busy dentoalveolar and implant practice with a broad scope. Your work will include third molars, dental implants, bone grafting, IV sedation/anesthesia, pre-prosthetic surgery, and pathology. Opportunities for orthognathic and trauma surgery are available if desired. Mentorship and collaboration are deeply valued within our practice culture.
Schedule & Lifestyle
We offer a balanced clinical schedule of approximately 35 clinical hours per week. Surgeons typically work about 4.5 clinical days per week with no hospital call responsibilities. This structure allows for strong productivity while maintaining a family-friendly lifestyle.
