About the Role
The Registered Nurse serves as a vital member of the healthcare continuum, adhering to the rules and regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. This role is primarily responsible for professional performance and direct patient care, encompassing the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes. You will operate using the model of care designed by the nursing department, ensuring all practices align with established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.
