As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Your day will involve systematically assessing patients through physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors to identify problems and set measurable goals in collaboration with patients and their families.
You will implement care plans that ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge, managing medication administration, patient education, and safety protocols. By documenting care in the patient's record and coordinating with the healthcare team, you will ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of treatment.
