About the Role
This position is central to our daily operations, ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure. Your day will involve managing appointments, checking patients in and out, and handling phone inquiries. You will also be responsible for preparing examination rooms, performing sterilization protocols, and conducting optometric diagnostic tests. Additionally, the role requires filing insurance claims, making a solid administrative background and knowledge of insurance filing highly valuable.
