The WIC Front Office Associate (FOA) serves as a vital support pillar across various WIC sites within our organization. This role is designed to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient, and culturally sensitive services that strictly comply with all Federal, State, and Local agency policies and procedures. As a FOA, you will provide essential front office support and administrative assistance, acting as the first point of contact for program participants. The position involves traveling to different locations as needed while maintaining a designated home site, ensuring that every participant receives accurate information on the certifying process, program benefits, and the proper use of eWIC cards.
