We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This remote opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can effectively manage executive priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
As a key liaison between executives, internal departments, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external stakeholders, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will serve as the gatekeeper for executive time, managing complex calendars, coordinating virtual meetings and events, and preparing high-stakes reports and correspondence. This role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, support workflow improvements, and exercise sound judgment in a fully remote setting.
This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates residing within the United States. Candidates must be able to work independently, maintain productivity in a remote setting, and communicate effectively with distributed teams. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for leadership meetings, training sessions, or organizational events.
