We are seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings as part of the virtual service center model. You will act as the vital conduit between the client and the internal site management team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of client needs.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of administrative and operational tasks, from meeting and greeting clients and visitors to managing the collection and distribution of mail and courier deliveries. You will support the provision of building access cards, assist with visitor and contractor escorts, and help coordinate meeting room requirements, including reconfigurations and catering. Additionally, you will manage work orders, handle invoicing and reconciliation, and maintain accurate records and distribution lists. This position requires a professional who can respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problem-solving.
