Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in our administrative operations, managing appointment schedules, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining organized digital records. In the optical department, you will take precise spectacle measurements, educate patients on lens options and upgrades, and troubleshoot any concerns with finished eyewear. Success in this role requires a professional communicator who is comfortable with computers, proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking reports, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
