About the Role
This position serves as a vital bridge between clinical support, front desk coordination, and optical services. You will be the face of our practice, ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your day will involve performing pre-testing and diagnostic procedures using advanced instrumentation while accurately managing patient data within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in our administrative operations, managing appointment schedules, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining organized digital records. In the optical department, you will take precise spectacle measurements, educate patients on lens options and upgrades, and troubleshoot any concerns with finished eyewear. Success in this role requires a professional communicator who is comfortable with computers, proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking reports, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
