We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients we serve. As an Operator, you will be the vital link in our centralized Call Center, responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to patients, family members, providers, and staff.
In this role, you will manage incoming calls with a focus on quality standards and a positive patient experience. You will create tickets in our Navigating Cancer platform, selecting appropriate incident types and documenting details to direct inquiries to the correct clinics. Your ability to maintain open communication and active engagement through Teams channels and other methods will be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.
