About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-person, on-site position (not remote) focused on ensuring the smooth running of the patient registration process while delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will manage the patient registration workflow, ensuring all details are accurately captured and updated in the system. You will serve as a primary point of contact, providing patients with accurate and timely information regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and authorizations. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints with discretion.
Schedule and Duration
This is a 6-month contract position. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Shifts are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
