In a High-Reliability Organization, the Ambulatory Quality Management Coordinator serves as a vital link between clinical operations and data-driven quality improvement. Reporting to the Ambulatory Quality Manager or Clinical Risk Manager, this role is dedicated to coordinating and acquiring data from source systems specific to clinical quality, risk, regulatory, and performance improvement metrics.
The day-to-day work involves utilizing audits, tracers, chronologies, root cause analysis, and rounding skill validation activities to gather critical insights. You will provide expertise and support for Ambulatory Quality Management functions, including abstracting, data aggregation, analysis, and medical record review. By analyzing and trending data, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, applying clinical knowledge and analytical skills to assist leadership in implementing strategies that enhance quality outcomes and results.

Candidates with the CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) certification are highly encouraged to apply.
All associates are required to obtain the necessary certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame in accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy.
