We are seeking an experienced, transformative leader to serve as the Director, Field Reimbursement Management for our Nephrology and Central Nervous System (CNS) divisions. In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of HCP-facing Field Reimbursement Managers, ensuring optimal patient access and reimbursement support for our specialty products. Your mission is to drive patient-centric strategies that navigate complex payer processes, ultimately enhancing affordability and access for those who need our medicines most.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Managed Markets and cross-functional teams to address market challenges. Deep understanding of reimbursement processes, payer policies, and healthcare. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement regulations. Experience with specialty injectable/infusible medicines and their unique market dynamics. Understanding of the 'Buy and Bill' model and specialty pharmacy operations.
