The Key Account Manager will join the Commercial Therapeutics team to build and sustain strategic partnerships with private practices, integrated health systems, hospitals, academic centers, and recognized experts. Serving as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, clinical decision-makers, and key opinion leaders, this role drives adoption through strategic account development, complex institutional selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will translate clinical and economic value into sustainable account growth, navigating Buy & Bill acquisition, reimbursement strategy, and payer dynamics. The position requires a consultative selling approach tailored to multiple sites of care within a single account or system, ensuring that product differentiation aligns with clinical outcomes and operational workflows.
Candidates must satisfy all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities within the assigned territory (MI and IL). These requirements may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization, fingerprinting, and specific licenses. While Revance provides resources to answer questions, the candidate is solely responsible for ensuring these requirements are met.
