We are currently partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing innovative products and effective solutions to physicians and patients in the Ophthalmology space. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join this team and represent a top biotechnology company.
About the Role
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in pharmaceutical sales within the eye care sector. You will serve as a strategic partner to target accounts, delivering approved information and relevant messaging while achieving call and sales activity targets.
Your day-to-day involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in HCP offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies. You will demonstrate deep expertise in marketplace dynamics, therapeutic areas, and product science, including mechanisms of action, indications, efficacy, and safety. By analyzing healthcare industry trends, payer landscapes, and market conditions, you will develop business plans and execute sales calls within strict compliance guidelines.
A key part of your success will be utilizing advanced questioning techniques to uncover customer needs from all stakeholders. You will use these insights to position current promoted brands and collaborate with customers on customized strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements
