We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Radiology and Imaging department in Silverdale, WA. This is a pivotal leadership role within a Level III Medical Office Building, overseeing a large, multidisciplinary team of over 35 staff members. The department encompasses a wide range of modalities, including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, and potentially Interventional services.
In this position, you will serve as the primary leader for all departmental operations. You will also play a key role in talent management, handling performance reviews, employee development, and recruitment efforts.
You will act as a strategic partner in resource planning, analyzing exam volumes and access trends to draft business and capital cases for leadership. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for resolving member concerns and ensuring that equipment failures are communicated and addressed promptly to maintain patient care standards.
To apply for this role, eligible external hires may choose between a $10,000 sign-on bonus or $10,000 in relocation assistance. Please note that this position requires a managerial experience level and involves a commitment to on-call rotations, which may include availability as early as 5 a.m. or overnight shifts depending on the schedule.
