The Key Account Manager, Neuroscience will serve as an authority in behavioral health trends both clinically and within geographical market environments. This role is designed to support Mood - Neuroscience within the MO-IA-KS-NE territory. You will build coordinated account plan strategies, understanding account structures, patient flow, access landscapes, and emerging market trends. Your mission is to identify, engage, and develop relationships with population health decision makers who influence care within the behavioral health marketplace and systems. By integrating priority resources and engaging internal key partners, you will activate customers to increase patient access across care delivery, care coordination, trade, and payer accounts. You will proactively lead internally, including field sales and home office, to meet brand marketing strategies and facilitate the execution of account plans.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area. Experience and a deep understanding of the access landscape for pharmaceuticals and/or devices with sophisticated delivery systems, including pharmaceutical benefit & medical benefit (buy and bill) reimbursement. Successful 1st line leadership experience. Successful experience in pharmaceutical account management (IDNs, large independent hospitals, large multi-million-dollar standalone accounts, pharmacies of mental health). A master's degree in a related field or an MBA.
