About the Role

Vishay Montevideo is seeking an Operator to join our team in Montevideo, MN. Located just on the edge of town, our facility serves as a hub for manufacturing essential electronic components. In this role, you will be the hands-on force behind our production line, assembling components, connecting lead wires, and adjusting materials to achieve precise electrical characteristics. Your work will involve crimping, soldering, cementing, and performing press fits to secure parts, as well as operating equipment for alignment, masking, potting, and encapsulating. You will read work orders and follow production drawings to ensure high-quality output in a collaborative team environment.
