About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager in the Miami, FL area, contingent upon contract award. This position serves as a resident expert on Post Orders, ensuring 100% compliance with terms and conditions while providing supervisory oversight of the security workforce. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, bridging the gap between strategic goals and frontline execution.
In this role, you will assist in the hiring, badging, and administrative management of security personnel. Your day will involve monitoring the workforce to meet Post Order requirements, planning and scheduling shifts to ensure appropriate staff coverage, and assessing employee performance. You will be accountable for identifying training needs, resolving employee complaints, and taking disciplinary action when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive employee files, oversee the implementation of security procedures, and inspect daily activities to ensure quality standards are met. This position requires immediate and remedial action to correct any deficiencies in performance or compliance.
