This Operations Analyst position within the HR Center of Excellence supports the Human Resources Employment area. As a key member of the team, you will administer and support activities and process transactions essential to the organization's employment functions. You will work closely with the Manager, HR Operations and integrate across COE teams to document, research, and resolve basic issues and errors. The role requires maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to Service Level Agreement guidelines and Key Performance Indicator targets. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help develop operating procedures and training materials.
This is a resume-based position represented by the Transportation Communications Union (TCU). The role is based at MTA Headquarters in Brooklyn, NY, with standard hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Occasional work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet processing needs. Travel to other MTA locations or external sites may also be necessary.

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience in Business or related field. Shared Services experience.
