The Operations Clerk serves as a vital support pillar, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and smooth daily operations across multiple departments. This role is more than just administrative; it involves producing critical reports and flight production paperwork while maintaining organized filing systems. You will collaborate with diverse teams including culinary, quality assurance, maintenance, and transportation, managing detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment to drive operational accuracy and timely communication.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Chefs facility near Houston Intercontinental Airport. As we operate 24/7, 365 days a year, the role requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, alongside a standard schedule of five consecutive work days with two consecutive days off. The position is dynamic, requiring you to frequently move about the office and production floor rather than working behind a desk all day.
