- check_circleRecord demographics in Electronic Health Record system
- check_circleCollect co-payments from patients
- check_circleSchedule follow-up physician appointments
- check_circleEnsure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- check_circleVerify patients' insurance information for proper billing
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedPrior experience in a clinical setting or clerical position
- verifiedMS Office programs experience
- verifiedKnowledge of medical terminology
- verifiedKnowledge of EHR
- verifiedExperience using credit card processing machines
- verifiedBilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
