Southwest Care Center is seeking a full-time Healthcare Patient Access Specialist to support our clinical teams organization-wide. This role serves as a vital liaison between clinical teams, other staff, agencies, and patients. You will be responsible for pre-registration, financial determination, appointment scheduling, and coordinating all front-office and registration functions. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will ensure appropriate workflow within the clinic, manage patient interactions via telephone and electronic systems, and maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information. This position requires frequent commutes between our Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations as work dictates, offering a dynamic day-to-day environment where you can promote patient access and deliver exceptional service excellence.
