About the Role

The Patient Service Specialist serves as the vital first point of contact for patients visiting our imaging centers. This role is dedicated to facilitating a smooth and welcoming patient admission flow, ensuring that every individual feels cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the compassionate face of our facility, bridging the gap between administrative efficiency and genuine patient support.

In this position, you will manage the front-line experience by greeting patients and visitors with professionalism, handling inquiries with empathy, and coordinating communication between patients, radiologists, and technologists. Your work ensures that necessary documentation, insurance details, and billing information are processed accurately while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. Whether resolving scheduling conflicts, managing billing concerns, or simply offering a listening ear during challenging circumstances, you play a key role in the daily rhythm of our healthcare team.

Requirements
