The Scheduling Specialist serves as the primary scheduler for our Therapy Services team, supporting Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), Aquatics, AAC, and Feeding Therapy. This role is essential in ensuring clients receive timely and efficient access to services by coordinating schedules for 24 providers.
In this position, you will be the face of our clinic, greeting and checking in clients, processing payments, and providing information regarding clinic services. You will act as an ambassador of our mission and core values, maintaining accurate client records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and communicating effectively with clients, providers, and team members to support smooth clinic operations.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-office position with schedule options of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Additional education or training in office administration or healthcare. Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with EHR systems and medical terminology.
