NSCS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Records & Receptions team, serving as the professional and friendly face of North Suffolk at our Outpatient Mental Health clinic in Chelsea. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for all clinic visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing efficient front desk operations.
You will play a crucial part in the daily rhythm of the clinic, greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining the accuracy of Electronic Health Records. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and takes pride in supporting the broader mission of delivering accessible mental health services.
This is an on-site position located in Downtown Boston, operating Monday through Friday for 36 hours per week. The role requires a bilingual candidate with fluency in Spanish to effectively serve our diverse community.
