ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, and more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market, and service these advanced machines, enabling the world's leading chipmakers to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips. This innovation leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, with 18 office locations across the United States, including main offices in Chandler, Arizona; San Jose and San Diego, California; Wilton, Connecticut; and Hillsboro, Oregon.
The Operational Planner 4 is a critical role within our fast-paced environment, where the rapid market introduction of ASML's newest technologies requires concurrent engineering across all disciplines. You will be accountable for managing and improving operational planning execution within a defined area, ensuring execution accountability across multiple stakeholders. This position operates independently on complex operational flows, proactively anticipating risks on a long-term horizon rather than simply reacting to issues.
As an Operational Planning Expert, you will drive continuous improvement across processes with significant dependencies and ambiguity. You will own complex operational planning processes with many cross-functional dependencies, working with management-level stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues. The role involves performing deep-dive analyses to prevent issue recurrence and advising management on operational risks and opportunities. You will also act as a coach and role model for junior colleagues, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to drive improvements to planning tools, methods, and frameworks.
This position is located on-site in San Diego, California, and requires working in a cleanroom environment. Onsite presence is essential to perform hands-on activities, attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings, and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. The role includes up to 10% travel annually within the US and internationally.
All new ASML jobs have a minimum application deadline of 10 days. To apply, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements regarding work authorization and technology access.
