The Operational Planner 5 serves as a strategic owner and optimizer of end-to-end operational planning across multiple areas or value streams. Operating at a business-critical and enterprise level, this role anticipates structural risks, shapes planning frameworks, and influences senior leadership decisions to enable sustainable operational excellence.
You will work directly with senior leadership and director-level stakeholders, operating with high autonomy to drive long-term planning strategies aligned with business goals. As a trusted advisor, you will translate business strategy into scalable planning frameworks, lead complex scenario planning, and resolve cross-functional, high-impact systemic issues. This position requires a functional authority capable of driving root cause elimination at structural and network levels while establishing governance mechanisms to prevent recurrence at scale.
This position is located on-site in San Diego, California, and requires working within a cleanroom environment. The role demands onsite presence to perform hands-on activities, attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings, ensuring effective teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
