About the Role
The Process Engineer supports the Röhm America Production Site in Osceola, Arkansas, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of process equipment. This role is central to coordinating improvements in process safety, environmental protection, and product quality while reducing off-spec material. Beyond technical oversight, the position facilitates equipment installation and modification, documents processes, and trains the workforce to maintain high operational standards.
Day in the Life
You will act as a team facilitator within the manufacturing departments, fostering collaboration to meet plant goals for quality, safety, and productivity. Your day involves reviewing operations daily with the manufacturing team to resolve problems, providing technical support to operators, and offering off-shift support when necessary. You will coordinate investigations, HAZOPs, and reports on process upsets to prevent recurrence, while working closely with maintenance and project engineering to resolve issues and implement capital projects.
This role also encompasses responsibility for Production IT and lab IT, serving in a support capacity for global IT-related items. You will be expected to work without guidance or supervision, utilizing a continuous improvement mindset to drive digitalization and new process methods. While following a standard weekly schedule, availability for weekend and holiday coverage during critical periods may be required.

Requirements
