As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Machining, you will work on innovative, world-class engineering solutions within a global environment. This role exists to lead the development and execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting product specifications and quality standards locally and globally. You will serve as a key resource for troubleshooting complex manufacturing operations, designing and cost-justifying tools and equipment, and optimizing facility layouts to enhance production efficiency.
Your day-to-day involves analyzing production data to drive process improvements, developing detailed work instructions for production floors, and mentoring team members in manufacturing engineering and project management. You will collaborate with diverse teams to improve policies and procedures, promote a compliance culture, and ensure employee safety across all operations.
