The Key Account Manager – Architects & Designers serves as the strategic bridge between AXOR and hansgrohe and the Miami market's most influential design community. Based in Miami, this role is dedicated to cultivating deep relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and design firms, with a specialized focus on international developers, hospitality, and luxury residential projects.
The core mission of this position is to own the local specification process. You will engage with design professionals at the earliest stages of the design phase to secure the specification of AXOR and hansgrohe products. Once specifications are locked in, the role ensures a seamless transition to the Global Projects and LATAM teams for execution, pricing coordination, and conversion support. This collaboration is vital for expanding the global project pipeline, improving conversion rates, and strengthening cross-regional partnerships.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and high-touch relationship building. You will define and execute a targeted strategy for the Miami market, focusing on luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. A significant portion of your time is spent driving local specifications, ensuring that your products are the first choice for designers working on international projects.
You will act as a connector, partnering closely with Global Projects and LATAM teams to hand off specified projects and support pipeline development. This includes maintaining accurate customer activity and forecasting data in SAP C4C and launching new products through Miami-based events, such as lunch & learns and showroom presentations. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activity and actively participate in industry events and trade shows to stay ahead of market trends.
