About the Role
IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Laboratory Administrator to serve as the vital interface between our partners, their customers, and third-party service providers. In this role, you will coordinate service deliveries and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions. You will manage both scheduled services and unanticipated service events, ensuring seamless operations based on evolving business needs.
Your day will involve collaborating with staff to schedule vendor services, create service orders for instrumentation repairs, and manage the initial assessment and triage of repair needs. You will be responsible for routing issues to the appropriate repair channel, whether direct or through a third-party provider. A key part of your day includes escorting and monitoring service providers on customer sites, collecting service reports, and ensuring all dispatched personnel have the necessary training and clearances. You will also manage the repair process to completion, handle escalations, and keep customers updated on the status of their requests while managing feedback.
