As we build our operations from the ground up, we are seeking our first Office Manager to join us in this journey. As the first and most impactful role in our new location, you will be instrumental in building a strong foundation for our operations. You will partner with management to grow our presence, ensuring our team is ready to serve our community with the highest standards. This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from coordinating general office activities to supporting billing, payroll, and staffing, allowing you to wear many hats as we launch.

The organization delivers professional and compassionate in-home care services across Larimer and Weld Counties, covering Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Longmont, and Estes Park, alongside the greater Cheyenne, Wyoming, region. The primary mission supports seniors who wish to age in place by offering flexible care solutions ranging from a few hours to around-the-clock assistance. Services include companionship, homemaking, personal care, transition assistance, sitter assistance, respite care, and specialized support for Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's Disease.
