About the Role

We are excited to expand into the Colorado Springs community, opening our doors on June 22, 2026. As we build our operations from the ground up, we are seeking our first Office Manager to join us in this journey. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and lead a new team committed to compassion, integrity, high performance, and excellence.

As the first and most impactful role in our new location, you will be instrumental in building a strong foundation for our operations. You will partner with management to grow our presence, ensuring our team is ready to serve our community with the highest standards. This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from coordinating general office activities to supporting billing, payroll, and staffing, allowing you to wear many hats as we launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleCoordinate general office activities and support other departments as needed
  • check_circleServe as a communication link by handling incoming calls and resolving client inquiries
  • check_circleSupport scheduling by filling shifts promptly and minimizing service disruptions
  • check_circleManage accounts payable and receivable transactions including invoicing and collections
  • check_circlePrepare client and caregiver files while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • check_circleMaintain records related to Long Term Care and Medicaid programs
  • check_circlePerform general office functions such as sorting mail, data input, and file maintenance
  • check_circleDrive caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
  • check_circleProcess payroll operations including timesheet reconciliation and discrepancy resolution

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
  • verifiedMinimum 2 years of progressive experience in office management, healthcare administration, or staffing/scheduling

Nice to Have

Proficiency with Wellsky, scheduling systems, and related record-keeping. Strong knowledge of state and local regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring.
