As an Executive Engagement Facilitator, you will be the architect behind high-stakes external engagements, ensuring that cabinet-level principals are prepared, informed, and supported for every interaction. Your work directly impacts the seamless execution of executive foreign travel and complex visits, requiring a blend of strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail.
In this role, you will partner with protocol staff and the executive secretariat to transform event concepts into polished, well-executed engagements. From gathering context with customer stakeholders to developing comprehensive briefing materials and engagement books, your contributions ensure that every aspect of an executive's schedule is handled with accuracy and professionalism. You will operate with grace under pressure, managing multiple high-priority tasks while safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Candidates selected for this role must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph. The selection process includes a thorough vetting procedure and requires the signing of a non-disclosure agreement. Successful applicants will undergo additional vetting as necessary to ensure full compliance with federal security standards.
