Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAssist attorneys and professional staff with day-to-day operational needs
  • check_circlePrepare closing binders and transcribe correspondence for client matters
  • check_circleAssist with submitting office-related invoices through Chrome River
  • check_circlePrepare offices for new hires and assist with inter-office moves
  • check_circleManage receptionist desk, reprographics, office supplies, and vendor relations
  • check_circlePerform word processing, proofreading, and redlining of legal documents
  • check_circleProcess client requests, bills, time reports, and expense reports
  • check_circleSupport IT with computer issues and maintain laptop inventory for conference centers
